A: We offer Standard and Expedited shipping worldwide. For wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us for more shipping information. We have great wholesale rates for our partners.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:

We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
Took getting used to but I really like this jacket.
This was my first pull over jacket which takes some getting used to at first. By the end of a 3 day ski trip it was second nature.
Really liked the one big front pocket.No more stuffing gloves into a tiny side pocket! Hood big enough to fit over my helmet which really helped on the coldest days. Conversely he hood is too big to comfortably wear without a helmet, in my opinion.Not the warmest jacket but I made due without any extra layers (and I'm generally good in the cold). I think even a very thin sweatshirt would certainly add lots of warmth, but feel it's more important to prevent sweat. The Side-Zip Closure was great when it was a bit warmer, but I wish I'd have worn a long sleeve wicking layer to prevent my fore arms getting sweaty.

Worthwhile Warm Ski Jacket
Just arrived and tried it on. Very pleased with the fit, color and thickness. I'm 5'8" and 162 lbs. Ordered a medium and it was sized true.Should be good to go come winter. Recommend.

So far this jacket is great. Have worn it twice so far. Feels warm but not heavy which I needed for snowboarding. Pockets are big enough to fit most things and it is a cool color

I love the design of this jacket! The big pocket in front is really nice for all my snow stuff. It also has zippers on the sides so its easy to get on and off! Comfortable, warm exactly as described. Would recommend.
