Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

All sales on big promotion (40%–70%) products, as well as products purchased with discount codes of 40% or more, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

I absolutely love these pants. The pattern is everything I pictured. The amount of pockets to keep things safe is amazing! I ordered a size medium because that is my typical size in any pants and I couldn’t imagine them fitting any better than they do. These pants are absolutely perfect! Super water resistant and perfect for a cold day on the mountain!!

Not a good experience at all!
Ordered a pair of women's size medium camo...we received Jungle Camo instead. After about 10 emails of back and forth (yep, they have no live customer service either!) I was returning the pair at my expense not theirs...Then the second pair came, and the pant came in the proper color the size medium was twice as large as the previous medium and unwearable. When I brought this up (again in a chain of endless emails) there solution was to have me send them back again (at my expense) and then they would send me a gift card that could be used to purchase yet a 3rd pair. No consistency with their return/exchange policy, they don't pay for shipping even when it was their mistake and obvious size discrepancies from item to item. And to top it all off, you'll never speak verbally with a human rom this company.

Aight- more fitted than they appear
These are ok. They’re lightweight and I was pleased that they are definitely long enough (I’m tall) - but I bought the men’s and they fit like women’s. High waist, much more fitted style than they look in this image. Disappointed.
