Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local postal service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

Stylish and functional.
This is great. I havent sued it to ski but use it for all the outside fun in gross weather. Fits above hips and is adjustable. Jacket has a great fit and love the color. Its a nice ski jacket, but if youre in serious cold you may need some under layer. 120 fill.

Perfect for last minute ski trip
I was pleasantly surprised by the qualify of this set. I'm 5'8", 135lb, got a Medium size. The jacket fits great, I loved the jacket! Lightweight, wind and snow proof. Allowed me to ski down slopes and make snow angels without getting cold or wet. I did use a thin packable dawn jacket underneath it as I'm a cold-natured person. The color is great! Made a great contrast with white snow! The weather while skiing was 21F-26F.

First timer out on the Slopes! Look no further.
Love this set. Super warm. Too warm for daytime skiing in CA, but there were enough ventilation zips to keep me from sweating. Also plenty of pockets. The pants were a tad short (Im 57) but who cares, Im wearing boots anyway.
