Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion (40%–70%) products, as well as products purchased with discount codes of 40% or more, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
I really like these snow pants. I love that they're a relaxed baggy fit, but they have a nice cinched waist and you can make it as cinched as you want. With the waist tie, they're a good mid weight. They're not too bulky and I feel like they're going to be great for keeping the wind out and keeping any dampness out. These are really nice snow pants and they're definitely unisex. They're a good quality for the money and I think they're attractive. Highly recommend !

Great snowboarding pants
I tried these ski pants, and they’ve been great for my snowboarding trips. It is waterproof and kept me dry in wet conditions, and the windproof design blocked out the cold. They’re insulated and warm without being bulky, and the baggy fit allows for good comfort.

Lots of freedom
I picked these up not knowing what to expect and I am very happy with them. The cuffs on the pants provide plenty of room to get the pants over your boots but the also do a great job of staying in place. The pants are surprisingly warm and comfortable and provide a lot of room while also allowing you to easily find your pockets and make fit adjustments. They do a very good job of keeping snow and wind out and they also say in place very well (I was worried it would feel like they are falling down constantly).

I recently got the Gsou Snow Terrain Rider SnowRush Freestyle Baggy Snow Pants, and they’ve completely exceeded my expectations! Best pants if you are looking for comfort/style/baggy
These pants are perfect, they have 4 pockets total. 2 cargos with zippers and 2 phone pockets with zippers to keep your stuff safe and secure. They also have 2 zippers in the inner thigh to give a nice breeze through your legs if you’re feeling hot in there lol. Also they have a super small pocket on your waist to keep a lighter or something small like that. I will purchase another pair ;)
