Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order delivered during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

All sales on big promotion (40%–80%) products, as well as products purchased with discount codes of 40% or more, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.
A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
Shipping was fast and everything arrived as expected. I’ve worn it in both light and heavy snow conditions and it’s been consistent. It’s not some high-end pro gear, but it does exactly what you need for regular riding days. Keeps you warm, blocks wind, and doesn’t feel annoying after a few hours.

I’ve done a couple long days in this outfit now and the biggest thing I noticed is comfort. I never really had to adjust anything while riding, which is rare. The loose fit gives you a lot of freedom, especially when you’re crouching or landing jumps. It just feels easy to wear.

Very nice product
I really like the overall fit and feel of this set. It looks oversized when you first try it on, but once you’re actually riding it makes sense. I wore it in pretty cold conditions and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It’s not super technical gear, but for casual riding it works perfectly fine.

I’ve used this set for a couple full ski days now and I’m honestly impressed. I wasn’t expecting much because of the price, but it held up really well in snow and wind. The baggy fit actually makes it more comfortable than my old tight ski gear, especially when you’re moving a lot or sitting on the lift. No issues with water getting in so far.
