Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

Nice quality fabric but...
Just received and tried them on this afternoon! I got the large short size, I'm 5 foot noting and normally wear a size 14 comfortably in jeans. They fit perfectly in the waist and come up a little farther than my belly button. They have an adjustable velcro thing around the back part of the waist which is great if you need them a little looser or tighter. They are still a tad long on me, but I didn't try them on with shoes yet. I got these because I work in a refrigerated warehouse where I'm practically standing still most of my day. Got tired of wearing 3 pairs of pants and still getting chilly, so I hope these work out for me.
My only complaints are how stiff they feel when I bend my legs, but I'm hoping they'll loosen up with wear. And there was a thread that's been pulled on the right leg when I opened the package. Nothing too serious.

Yes!
Keeps you warm and toasty in snow. Great bright color and secure pockets. I workout so my only complaint is the thigh area does not have much give/stretch at all. Length was perfect (5’3” -medium) and waist was comfy but if you have muscular or thick thighs beware it will be snug. They did hold their own and did not rip/bust on the blue slopes ⛷ so durability is there!

Vey nice Pants
I wear a small. But I ordered a Medium because i was going to wear sweat pants under, and it fit great. I suggest go a size bigger if you plan on wearing clothing under it. The pants is of good material by the way.
