Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
It did it's job. Got this for a one time snow tubing and I was skeptical that it wouldn't keep me warm. I don't like the cold very much but I was impressed with how warm it kept me. The pants though were too small for me at the waist/ hip area jacket a little snug but I think I will forever buy snow jackets for winter time because they really keep me warm. And if you feel like it's a little too toasty, it has side zippers under the arm pits to vent.
The jacket has pockets inside and the pockets outside zip up. It has an extra zipper pocket on one sleeve. The hoodie comes off if desired. The pants too have zipper pockets and you can remore the suspenders as well. The fit is snug, so maybe buying two different sizes would help to see which fits best if you have time, then return the one that doesn't fit.

Got lots of compliments
The jacket and pants (speckled white jacket and hot pink pants) were a hit. They fit right, I was warm when it was 20F with wind on the slope. And I enjoyed a full day of snowboarding in my outfit. So far, I wore it four times (four different trips). My only disappointment was the internal pocket was lower than in other jackets, and when bending over I dropped my phone when I accidentally forgot to zipper it up. If it was higher, the phone wouldn’t have fallen out. Just a difference to remember.
I got lots of compliments, and it was easy to spot me with my hot pink pants. Overall, I love this outfit!

Snowboarding!
Fantastic for snowboarding! Stayed warm and dry! I just wore some warm leggings and a leotard underneath. Nothing else was needed! I also loved how much control I had over making it looser or tighter!

The button on pants doesn’t stay buttoned once you sit. I bought a medium. And they are not small on me at all. Other than that it’s a super cute ski outfit and is comfortable.
