Q: Which Shipping options are available?
A: We offer Standard and Expedited shipping worldwide. For wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us for more shipping information. We have great wholesale rates for our partners.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

If you are returning your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 7 days of the request approval.
We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
Great product, not cheap at all. I was wearing them in Canadian weather, -30 plus windchill with long johns under the pants, long sleeve and sweater under the jacket.
The ONLY issue….you can’t pick and choose what size for which piece of clothing. I had to get an extra large for the pants to fit over my butt but the XL jacket is too big, to the point where it is not flattering anymore. Wish would could mix and match different sizes. Besides that, this is a great product for a great price!

Good enough
I wish the jacket was brighter...the colours are nice but the material doesn't really make the colours shine. I do like the colours and the material is comfortable. I find the jacket is warm, though I do wish it was a bit more loose in the hip area (just a bit more give there would be perfection). I love love the snow pants! They are really bright and I do love the checkered suspenders. They are a bit more snug around the hip/buttocks than I would have thought for the size so just FYI.

needs to be able to buy separated sizing.
Woman 5'6" - 170lbs bought XL and it was too big in the butt area, the jacket fit a bit big but was ok. Rather keep the XL jacket and the L pants. Had to return a buy Large size which pants fit great and the jacket a bit snug without a bulky sweater under. Haven't tested in cold Canadian winter yet.

Très bel ensemble !! Représentatif de la photo, couleur 🤩, n'hésitez pas à prendre 1 taille plus grande si vos courbes sont bien présentes, tel que mentionné dans plusieurs commentaires. Je ne l'ai pas fait lol et j'ai dû le retourner. Très simple et rapide le changement je suis contente. Il n'est pas aussi chaud que mentionné, mais super quand même 😉

order one size up .
i absolutely love the suit... but its too big. i went two sizes up like the comments suggested and its to big. I am 5'2 and 133 lb which is usually a medium so i went with an xl and the pants are huge . in the waist but the jacket fits loose but comfy .. . ill wear it cuz i tend to gain in the winter anyway and wear baggy clothes but thank god it has suspenders or they would fall off my hips :P
