Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
This product is perfect for the snow. Although, I needed to return it because it fit a little too big. Highly recommend to size down.

Fit is good
Size was good. I always read comment which include height and weight and size purchased. It's not perfect, but usually pretty close. I have had terrible luck when people don't use all three criteria. The page for this item shows lots of photos, which gives me a good idea of what I'm getting.

Does not fit to size. Too small. Made for skinny people only
I have worn this jacket out in the snow. Definitely keeps you warm. The only things I don't like are 1: the little flap that snaps to make the jacket more snug and keep out the wind. Its great if you are only wearing a t-shirt. I was wearing a sweater and the over all type ski pants. I couldn't snap this. I stretch too thin and I was afraid of riding the jacket lining. Also the extra length on the sleeve, woth the thumb hole. Its so when you are wearing gloves no cold or snow will get up them. But they are very tight. I tried using them but again, was afraid it would rip and ruin the jacket. Everything else is great though. Fits well and keeps you warm.

I’m quite busty, but this bad boy zips right over with no problems. My hips are wide and I have to lift a tad to start the zipper, but it still fits nicely (kind of odd, but hey whatever, it works), I honestly could probably grab a size smaller but my hips would probably stop the bottom from fitting comfortably. I’m 5’6, chunky, 38F bust, 38 waist. it’s a bulk ol’ thing but does it’s job and keeps me warm. The parts around the wrist are adjustable with Velcro and I can’t seem to find a perfect fitting which is becoming annoying- my wrist are tiny. Someone left review about the flaps of the hood being in their face- it’s true- it’s horrible lol. I kept thinking there was something in my blind spot. It’s really my biggest complaint. If I hadn’t been in a pickle for a coat I would’ve returned for this reason.
