Q: Which Shipping options are available?
A: We offer Standard and Expedited shipping worldwide. For wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us for more shipping information. We have great wholesale rates for our partners.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

If you are returning your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 7 days of the request approval.
We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

Very Warm
I can never find a pair of pants that fit perfectly for the snow since I am on the shorter side. The short length 27 in inseam fit my 5'1 body perfectly. Very comfortable and warm as well. For the price, I would definitely recommend anyone to buy these!

Roomy but not bulky
I bought one size too big.............on purpose cuz I knew I would wear tights and jeans underneath it....still a little large but will be perfect for my January trip to Alaska.

Its too long . I just need a regular large.
I used these snow pants for snow tubing. They kept me both dry and warn. I am about 5’4 and they were a tad bit long on me so the bottoms did get a bit muddy.

Amazing!
I was looking for snow pants that I could wear outside for hours working outside. I need some that would allow me to wear pants underneath since I would be coming in for two to three hours and back out again with out changing clothing. I am able to bend and squat without feeling bulky. I like that I am able to adjust the waist band with the velcro strips according to what I will be wearing underneath. I also like the reinforced ankles and hems, as well as the boot zippers. I am 5'5", 125 lbs and these are a perfect fit wearing insulated snow boots.
