Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
Better than expected, super comfy & warm. I like that it had 2 very large pockets in the front to store items. I am 53 150 pounds, I ordered a large but should have gotten a medium. Still satisfied tho, I was able to wear layers of clothing underneath. I liked the style and color of the jacket.

Great Jacket
I received the snow coat last week and I forgot to write a review. Im so happy with this jacket. Its a fashionable design. Beautiful jacket with pockets. Its waterproofing material but its much softer than other jackets I have. There is an inner tight layer at the bottom to prevent the wind blowing in. Were planning to Italy and Im going to bring it. Im 164cm and 55kg. I bought small size and fits perfectly. Highly recommend!

Warm, Stylish, and Totally Worth It!
I wore this jacket on a recent trip to the mountains, and it totally exceeded my expectations. First off this thing is WARM. I was out in below-freezing temps, snowboarding and chasing kids around, and stayed perfectly cozy the whole time.
The fit is flattering without being too tight, and I love that it still gives me room to layer underneath. Plus, the colors and pattern are so fun! I got so many compliments. Its nice to have a snow jacket thats not just functional but also actually cute.
Waterproofing held up great through hours in the snow, and I really appreciated all the pockets plenty of room for my phone, snacks, and ski pass. The hood fits over a helmet, and the inner lining is super soft.
If youre looking for a quality ski jacket thatll keep you warm, dry, and looking good on the slopes (or just in the snow with your kids), this ones a solid buy. Id definitely purchase again.

Great jacket for a great price
The jacket is great! I wore it out to the resort for snowboarding and found no problems with it at all. Its got great pockets and is very insulated. Im 52 and 180 lbs, I ordered a medium and it fit perfect with the exception that I carry weight in my hips so it was a little tight to zip towards the bottom. I would definitely recommend this jacket if you like the cute design and want something that comfortable and good for the snow.
