Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

I bought this jacket for a ski trip and ended up wearing it almost every cold day since. The waterproof shell actually repels snow and slush, and the insulation traps warmth even in windy conditions without feeling bulky. The baggy cut gives it that relaxed snowboard style but still allows full movement on the slopes.
The hood fits over a helmet, the zippers feel sturdy, and there are plenty of pockets for gloves, phone, and lift pass. I especially appreciate the adjustable cuffs and hem, which help seal out cold air.

super warm and convenient. the double lined sleeve with thumb holes are great. not too long not too short. the adjustable drawstrings are great too and make it more flattering. i have wide hips and the waist drawstring helps bring the jacket in so it’s not too snug or bulky. it’s also very soft and has good pockets.
