Q: Which Shipping options are available?
A: We offer Standard and Expedited shipping worldwide. For wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us for more shipping information. We have great wholesale rates for our partners.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Snowverb ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-70%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:

We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

The jacket is AWESOME.
Everything the seller says about this jacket is true. Water resistant, warm, lightweight, and reflective camo stripes. I usually wear a Large but chose to buy it one size larger. Did I need a size larger? As it turns out, no. But thinking that I may need to add a heavy piece of clothing just in case of more frigid weather I bought the one size larger. Does it look too bulky, not at all! An excellent jacket (coat) for the money, and warm! A super good investment.

Nice Jacket Overall
I love this jacket. This jacket is so awesome I bought my brother in law one as soon as I got mine. It is warm but not bulky. I can move and it not ride up. It covers below my belt line on the back side and that really helps maintain body temperature. The hood is easily USABLE and very warm. It helps with the rainy days and does keep the rain from your face. Especially if you wear a hat. The entire jacket is incredibly waterproof. I wore it in strong rain and was able to just shake off the water when going inside. The stripes are very reflective. For this jacket being on the less bulky side it is very warm. The jacket covers the neck area well and my hands are comfortable resting in the pockets.

Warm, Stylish, and Totally Worth It!
I wore this jacket on a recent trip to the mountains, and it totally exceeded my expectations. First off this thing is WARM. I was out in below-freezing temps, snowboarding and chasing kids around, and stayed perfectly cozy the whole time.
I love that it still gives me room to layer underneath. Plus, the colors and pattern are so fun! I got so many compliments. It’s nice to have a snow jacket that’s not just functional but also actually cute.
Waterproofing held up great through hours in the snow, and I really appreciated all the pockets plenty of room for my phone, snacks, and ski pass. The hood fits over a helmet, and the inner lining is super soft.
If you’re looking for a quality ski jacket that’ll keep you warm, dry, and looking good on the slopes, this one’s a solid buy. I’d definitely purchase again.
