Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

The pants is really small
I am female, 5'3 and 130lb. I am fit and muscular on the thigh. The jacket fits me perfectly and has lots of room for layers. HOWEVER, the pants are SO tight. I can't add layers to it. I wish I can order a small Jacket and medium pants. Had to return them cuz the pants don't fit AT ALL.

Nice!
Some reviewers said to size up or two sizes up. I’m 5’8” and 155lbs no hips or but. The xl was way too big and too long. The large fits the best and gives extra room for layers. The quality of the fabric and overall is nice. Definitely worth the money. The pants could have a little nicer fit in the waist line but for what I paid I can’t really complain. I would have to spend $200 just on a nicer pants.

Great deal but....
This was a pretty good deal! I ordered a size medium I’m 5,6 149lbs. The pants were good a bit big in the waist but once you put on something thick under they’re just fine! Overall the quality is pretty good I was a bit iffy on buying because I bought another jacket off Amazon aswell and it wasn’t that great. The jacket is really warm runs and water proof!! As for the pants I am not sure how to feel about them being water proof I slid down the hill on my butt and I was drenched through my clothes! Again I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t realize when I got up I had bunch of snow still stuck on me or what but halfway through our snowboarding trip my butt was soaked. Overall really great deal and great quality just think the pants can only handle so much snow. Otherwise if they didn’t get soaked halfway through the trip (don’t forget slid down my Butt a couple of times down the mountain) I would have given them 5 star review.
