Q: Which Shipping options are available?
A: We offer Standard and Expedited shipping worldwide. For wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us for more shipping information. We have great wholesale rates for our partners.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:

Not the suit for a Viking Dwarf—but great if your proportions are aligned.
I would have kept this suit, but sadly I’m shaped like a Viking Dwarf. I’ll start with what was good.
I LOVED the design of both the jacket and pants! Very functional and an amazing use of all the space. Loved the side zipper vents under the arms. Loved the inside mesh pocket. There was a sleeve pocket for chapstick, or a credit card. Just overall great design!
It was super warm. Beautiful colors. Great quality.
So why the return?
I’m 5’2” 185 lbs. 38 DD. I have incredibly broad shoulders and miniature legs. I ordered the XL based on the size chart. The coat was the right length but I couldn’t even come close to zipping it. The pants were a good 6 inches too long but I couldn’t do up the buttons or zipper at the waist.
So the moral of the story, if you are proportional in size, you’ll LOVE this set!

First perfect and very cute!! We went to CO and it go to a out 11 degrees. We also went snowmobiling and I stayed warm the whole time! Just go ahead and order this set. U will love it!! I ordered the medium.

Go at least one size up.
Great quality. And great price. In general it runs a bit small, especially the pants. I originally ordered a medium and had to send back and get a large. I’m 5’2, 150lbs.
I went to Keystone, CO where the temp was anywhere between 20-30 degrees and these held up great !
