Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:

Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
These are an awesome buy if you want good quality a little on the cheaper side! I took off one star because the pants are a bit small. They do wear in after a few runs but they are a tad on the tight side. I’m a petite person so the jacket fits great! The pants could just use maybe another half inch of wiggle room. The length is good too! They go perfectly over my snowboard boots. Over all fantastic though!

Slopes and Style
Arrived yesterday so hasn’t been used yet. I can tell it will definitely keep me warm on the slopes as 2 minutes into trying on I was sweating. I purchased 2 sizes bigger than my normal size as I followed their weight chart they have listed. The fit was perfect. Plenty of zippers, adjustments and storage spots. It was delivered quick and seems to have a decent quality for the price. If it makes it past one trip to the slopes, it’s a winner for sure.
Updated: Held up great and kept me warm in 14 degree windy weather on the mountains. I didn’t even feel chilly. Can’t wait to get more wears out of this.

Not to shabby!
Super comfy! Waterproof, light, very warm. Only comments are the buttons that hold the hood to the jacket are cheap snap clips, and I noticed the seam on the lining of the jacket inside near the right part of the seem is coming undone.
